You consider ignorant right? after reading your post I have to admit my mind was changed, mainly cause I was leaning on the side of leonard's point but yours certainly makes more sense. though I have always wondered, was the letter he wrote something official like the federalist papers? something that was written not in congress but had a large affect on policy? because it would reason to me that even though it was a paper not written by congress it had a lot of power, even if it had no real legal or policy power actaully in it..or I just dont make any sense :PUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00370601975558592789noreply@blogger.com
